We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager with extensive experience in a Recruitment Consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple clients and handling end-to-end recruitment across diverse profiles and geographical locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts, understanding their unique hiring needs and culture.

  • Multi-Location Hiring: Execute recruitment strategies for various regions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and market trends.

  • Diverse Profile Sourcing: Manage the full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles (IT, Non-IT, Sales, Executive) simultaneously.

  • Team Leadership: Guide a team of recruiters to meet monthly placement targets and maintain high quality-of-hire standards.

  • Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate with client hiring managers to streamline the interview process and negotiate offers.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 5+ years in HR, with at least 3 years specifically in a Recruitment Consultancy/Agency role.

  • Client Savvy: Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with multiple external clients.

  • Profile Expertise: Hands-on experience hiring for varied sectors (e.g., Tech, BFSI, Manufacturing).

  • Tools: Proficient with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.

  • Education: MBA in HR or equivalent degree.
