Key Responsibilities

Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts, understanding their unique hiring needs and culture.

Multi-Location Hiring: Execute recruitment strategies for various regions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and market trends.

Diverse Profile Sourcing: Manage the full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles (IT, Non-IT, Sales, Executive) simultaneously.

Team Leadership: Guide a team of recruiters to meet monthly placement targets and maintain high quality-of-hire standards.

Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate with client hiring managers to streamline the interview process and negotiate offers.
Requirements & Skills

Experience: 5+ years in HR, with at least 3 years specifically in a Recruitment Consultancy/Agency role.

Client Savvy: Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with multiple external clients.

Profile Expertise: Hands-on experience hiring for varied sectors (e.g., Tech, BFSI, Manufacturing).

Tools: Proficient with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.

Education: MBA in HR or equivalent degree.
