Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: Users can cancel their enrollment within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the course materials or LMS credentials have not been accessed.
Partial Refunds: No refunds will be issued once 25% of the course content has been consumed or after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Service Cancellation: To cancel ongoing IT or Virtual Team support, a 15-day written notice is required via email to
info@careerxpress.in.Consulting Fees: Fees paid for “Business Audit” or “Strategic Consulting” are non-refundable once the consultation session has been conducted.
Fees paid by corporate clients for manpower staffing are governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (MOU) signed between the parties.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
